Due to popular demand "Attendance rule"

Due to popular demand, by both new and old member's the 25% attendance rule will go into effect 8/16/09.
The rule has not been enforced much becuase of the new dkp site, the rule used to be 40% but i belive if u have enough points to lot something then u have already put enough time into sky to be able to lot, but to keep everyone as happy as possible 25% attendance to be able to lot is a good start.
